Breakfast was good, nice selection and staff in there were most friendly there unlike other areas of the hotel. Ping pong access and gym both great.
Staff were awful, v unfriendly and unhelpful. Room was not what we paid for or requested, paid for a superior room but ended up with a standard, staff so unhelpful with first enquiries it was difficult to try and raise another issue as they did not care at all. Reception gets busy with external conferences and bar staff ignorant bar one guy who was fine. Not close to major attractions but transport is excellent and close by.

Два раза ходили на завтрак, очень понравилось, выбор довольно большой. Есть разные мюсли, орехи, фрукты, овощи, яйца, бекон, сосиски, различная выпечка. Также чай в пакетиках, но листовой, кофе, соки.
В отеле также есть спортзал + можно поиграть в настольный теннис
Не было чайника в номере. На входе вас встречает не человек, а планшет, через который нужно зарегестрироваться. Идея интересная, но нам не очень понравилось 😁 гораздо приятнее с человеком общаться

For a 4-start hotel I would expect a proper reception and not this self check-in/out disaster. Almost every guest seemed to be confused and needed support. The reception staff all seemed very junior.

Moderne hal, goede bedden, kussen en dekens. Er is een gezellige bar. Enkel spijtig zelf online drinken bestellen via QR code en online betalen. Dat lukt niet altijd.
Kamer was niet voor 4 opgemaakt bij de start. De suiker en melk voor de koffie was niet meer aangevuld na een eerste gebruik.
Ik had iets meer luxe verwacht. Ik dacht dat het 4 sterren was. Ik wist niet dat er een gym en sauna was. Aan de straatkant en op het eerste verdiep is het verkeer op straat soms storend. De gordijnen zijn niet verduisterend. Wifi is niet altijd stabiel.

The room was clean and pretty decor. The bed is king size, and very comfortable. There is a coffee machine, air conditioner works well and the bathroom is clean, shower works perfectly and is quite large. Large mirror, and the bathroom is well lit.
The hotel is located 2 min walk from Nollendorfplatz U-bahn, you can also walk easily to Kurfurstendamm strasse.
Breakfast is great, there is a big variety and coffee machines. Enough seating and food never ran out.
There was no drinking water, I guess you could drink tap water though. A small thing - no milk for your coffee or tea. I asked down in the lobby at the coffee shop for a little milk, and they happily gave me some.

The beds were comfortable.
The WiFi was incredibly spotty in the rooms. It didn’t work most of the time we were there. The windows aren’t well insulated. Someone tried to break into the rooms on our floor. They were success in getting into a neighbors room but not ours. Felt unsafe.

Sehr teuer. Ein Mitarbeiter sagte: das ist normal, das ist Berlin… Nein! Dem stimme ich nicht zu.
In der unmittelbaren Nähe zum Hotel, gibt es kaum etwas. Das wird im Hotel extrem ausgenutzt. Die Preise sind extrem überteuert. Parkplatz kostet 25€ pro Tag! Wahnsinn!!! Frühstück 21€ und sehr schlechtes Angebot, wenig Auswahl. Lieber ein wenig weiter laufen und draußen essen. Im Osten zum Beispiel. Wasser in der Lobby- unverschämt teuer.
Ja, auch Berlin ist teuer geworden, aber die Preise im Hotel sind nicht normal.
Tipp: bitte bei der Sauberkeit mehr acht auf die Kleinigkeiten legen… z.B. die Klinken im Bad mal abwischen, auch den Waschbeckenunterschrank putzen, die Fernbedienung für TV zwischen den Tasten abwischen.

Gutes Preis—Leistung-Verhältnis, selbst-checking mit Unterstützung vom Personal. Großes Zimmer (premium Kategorie)
Die Temperatur im Zimmer wird zentral gesteuert. Das Zimmer war mit 28 Grad Celsius viel zu warm. Die Steuerung der Klimaanlage imZimmern funktioniert nach den Angaben des Personals am Empfang nur im Sommer. Um das Zimmer etwas abzukühlen blieb nur die Möglichkeit das Fenster zu öffnen. Was für eine Energieverschwendung!

Das Zimmertemperatur müsste höhe gestellt werden als 19,3.Es ist für Frauen nicht warm genug,daran würde ich nicht sparen! - Es muss auf Booking-Seite stehen,das bei Euch nur mit Karte das Zimmer bezahlen kann.Dort steht nur das man das Zimmer " vor Ort" bezahlen kann,mehr nicht!!!

The room fit a family of 6 nicely with still enough room for our bags and able to make tea and coffee etc. We met with friends downstairs at the bar and also at breakfast both of which were nice and having the games room close the restaurant and bar was helpful for kids who finished earlier than the adults. The sauna and gym were a little treat I discovered at the end and wish I had used earlier in our stay.
It would have been useful to have a facilities guide in the room (I know that is no longer fashionable to do so and it is intern in the hotel tv or internet) I only saw guide at the end when looking in to the wifi, but it could be easily missed otherwise.

Die Matratzen waren durchgelegen. Die Zimmerbeleuchtung war sehr dunkel. Das Zimmer lag nach rückwärtig, daher war es laut von einen Belüftungsanlage. Das Hotel legt Wert auf Self-Service, Self-Check-in und out. Beim Frühstück räumt niemand die Teller vom Tisch. Zimmer war beim Check-in Zeit um 15 Uhr nicht fertig. Nach über einer halben Stunde, haben sie uns ein anderes Zimmer gegeben.

Wie immer ist die Lage sehr zentral. Vom Hotel aus geht es schnell, auch fußläufig, in Richtung KaDeWe und Tiergarten. Für Läufer finden sich von dort aus geeignete Strecken.
Leider war das Bad in meinem Zimmer nicht ordentlich gereinigt, was mir erst spät abends aufgefallen ist. Ein freundlicher Hinweis dazu am nächsten Morgen wurde aufgenommen. Allerdings wurde das Zimmer dann während meines dreitägigen Aufenthaltes nicht gereinigt. Das ist auch mit Corona nicht zu begründen. Ich habe schon oft in diesem Hotel übernachtet und kenne das so nicht. Normalerweise ist dort immer ales in Ordnung. Trotzdem muss ich das leider so bewerten.

We booked a room for 2 adults and 2 kids. The air conditioner only blows out warm air and when we contacted the staff about switching to another room since we specifically booked the hotel that has air conditioning , they were very rude and refused and said this is what we have and you can take your money and leave, if it wasn’t 12 am and the kids were tired from traveling we would have done that.
Moreover, there was no wifi connection in the room even the staff couldn’t solve it. Overall very bad experience and would never recommend to anyone.

The beds, location and bar were fine. It's nice that there was a nespresso machine, but sadly no official nespresso coffee.
We were a bit disappointed that there is little or no staff to check us in, although the self check-in desk is efficient. It's not very personal. Upon entering the hotel room, there was still a pair of dirty underpants from the previous guest on one of the shelves, very filthy. If you are early at breakfast it is really complete chaos, if you are late things are gone because the staff is cleaning it up before it is even 10 o' clock. From half past 9 there was constant drilling and construction noises above us. It was constantly damp in the room. All in all, this hotel is not recommended and I will not stay here again

The price of a bottle of orange was over 5 euro and the same bottle was 4 euro cheaper in the local supermarket .

The property is very good. The rooms are spacious, restaurant is good and gym/sauna facilities are on point. It’s location is quite good too.
The wifi didn’t work in the room for all the 6 nights that we stayed. We complained to the management which asked us to get a mobile plan that they would reimburse since they were doing some wifi upgrades which affected the wifi in the hotel.
We bought a plan and produced the receipt. We were told the payment would come to our card but we didn’t receive any payment for the sim that we purchased. For a hotel of this calibre, such behaviour by the management is highly unacceptable.
