The breakfast quality, room cleanliness, and the hotel's calmness. But I was charged for breakfast, which I did not acutally used.

Helpful staff. Very good breakfast and the coffee is amazing Allowed a late check out as I was in Berlin for medical appointments.
Loved having a fridge and coffee machine in my room plus the shower room was the best I've seen in hotels I've stayed in

The staff were kind, the location was okay, and the inside of the hotel was good.
The room temperature was not good; it was cold, and I was staying with a baby. I asked them to fix it, but it didn’t work again.
I went back a second time to ask for further assistance. They gave me a small radiator, but it was not sufficient and did not help.
Additionally, the facilities were not good. The sauna was not as hot as it should have been, and the lockers in the gym and sauna were not working.
