Very conveniently located

As well as restaurants about 500meters proximity
While fast food restaurants are less than a min away
The zoo and aquarium are located across the street. Another min or 2 max walking

I would definitely recommend this property to any one
The air conditioning did not work well

A very modern hotel, large clean rooms, very comfortable beds, excellent breakfast, great spa (although sauna with additional charge), great location, Altogether a wonderful experience

Check in was quick and easy, very easy to get breakfast added on if you forgot to purchase it with the initial booking of your stay. Location was quite central to Berlin so there was plenty of shops and locations nearby which a train station a 5 minute walk away which trivialised a lot of transport woes.
The breakfast spread was by far the largest and inclusive experience I think I've had in any hotel stay, I can not recommend it enough, if you're staying for multiple night it's easily worth the cost.
For that I paid for and expected, the only note I have is I didn't understand how some of the fancier things worked in the room. I'm attributing it to my lack of experience with the devices because once I knew how, it was very easy to use.

Modern spacious rooms, cleaning was impeccable. Breakfast is great and service at the breakfast was top-notch
We really wanted to like this hotel but the location is terrible. We had room windows overlooking the street and you have an extremely busy road there with constant traffic. What is more, there are cars honking their horns every 5 min (not a joke) during the night as well. It is impossible to sleep with a window even slightly open. Close the window you’d say? Yes but the hotel’s climate system is completely disfunctional and it stayed warm in the room the whole day (we were there in April, imagine the heat in the summer). Water in the swimming pool and jacuzzi was also too cold, not really inviting to stay there. You have to pay 25 EUR to use a sauna. Overall, disappointment as this is not the level of the hotel one expects from the establishment mentioned in the leading hotels of the world book, definetely not the other hotels from this selection rhat we stayed at. We do not recommend it
