The hotel is fine, no complains, it answers all requirements for business trip
reservation team is not very helpful. They rejected our humble request to refund at least any amount when the guest checked out in one night out of three nights booked after completeting the business trip unexpectedly earlier. Yes, Reservation followed rules and policies, but there are things like guest relation and customer service. Being right is not always right
