Amazing room, tasty breakfast and good location

Wide selection during breakfast(try fresh bread, make a coffee to go😉), swift and friendly staff, spacious room, good location : close to public transport and restaurants and shopping areas.
Cleanliness of the bathroom , fruits during breakfast ( except for watermelon), strong perfume scent in the hall of adjoining building.

Not much. It felt like I was staying in a dormitory. Had to go through a car park to get to a different annex of the hotel
Service was lacking. Informed me that I was too early for checking upon arrival at reception, as it was before 3pm despite me having booked the previous night - and informing them prior to my arrival that I had done this. Not a warm welcome, and still took a little while to explain that I had already booked the night prior. A few other service items were dealt with bluntly.
