The room we had was extremely large! Larger than other junior suites which is exciting! The balcony was also super large, and the location was super good easy walkability to the Tiergarten area.
We booked before they updated the website with the permanent closure of the executive lounge. We got 30.euros back and a free breakfast to make up for it. Super service and very very welcoming!
The showers didn't take away the water fast enough so the shower filled the room with water. And the elevators that was the biggest issue. Sometimes the elevator didn't come up, would randomly.bring us to -2 and randomly stops in between floors.

Everything was excellent: a room was spacious, breakfast had a wide selection of delicious food. The location is great either: two U-Bahn stations and a fast-charging station for an electric car are nearby.

Staff was friendly and a decent breakfast.. Apart from this, there isn't much to say...
Then room was quite dirty and the balcony was near to non-existent. Basically there was a table and 2 chairs m, but a person doesn't there. Anyhow, didn't use it because you can't.
The room was dirty and quite worn out. Also, it states i. Booking.com thst it a 5 star hotel but in reality its a 4 star hotel. For the price per night, I would at least expect a pair of disposable slippers or some amenities. There were none....
