Great comfortable place and accessible to public transport.

The upgrade to a junior suite, the breakfast and friendly staff.

The pillows were not the best. Suggest you have firm orthopaedic type of pillows not all set but two in the room. Restaurant should avoid frozen products and use fresh ingredients ate steamed fish which was frozen and not wl prepared for a 4 star hotel

Ein sehr schöner und zu wiederholender Aufenthalt.

Das sich sofort um Anliegen gekümmert wurde und die Ausstattung und mehr.

Das nicht von Anfang an ein paar vegane Alternativen außer Milch und Gemüse sowie Obst vorhanden waren und dass in unserem Zimmer immer das Bett gemacht wurde, jedoch der Sekt und das Empfangsküchlein nie mitgenommen wurde, obwohl es sichtbar nicht mehr verzehrt wurde.

Palvelu kaikkineen; aamiainen, jota ei täydennetty ja jossa tuotteet pääsivät loppumaan hyvissä ajoin ennen aamiaisen päättymistä. Huoneen kuluneisuus, huoneessa ja hotellissa oli outo tuoksu, jota koetettiin peittää aulassa hajusteilla. Majoituimme hotellissa kaksi yötä ja meitä koetettiin veloittaa vessan käytöstä erikseen, kun haimme laukkumme hotellilta ennen kentälle lähtöä.

Mir hat das Interieur Design des Hotels sehr zugesprochen .

Falls man vorhat, mit dem Auto anzureisen, würde ich es nicht empfehlen in diesem Hotel zu nächtigen. Da sie nur ein sehr sehr kleines Parkhaus haben, das ständig voll ist und man 8 Minuten bis zum nächsten Parkplatz/Parkhaus laufen muss. auch wenn das Hotel dafür nichts kann aber das Spabereich inklusive Pool war sehr überfüllt. Vielleicht könnte man dieses Problem lösen, indem der Pool spätere Öffnungszeiten hat.

Stylish and relaxing

Breakfast was excellent. Minimalistic room design and pool a bonus. Lovely and quiet. Overall very comfortable and stylish.

Practical and central apartment hotel

We liked the location which was kind of central. The room was quiet. We had breakfast only for the first day which was good but we preferred to have a light breakfast in the nearby coffee shops. We were offered a welcome drink in the bar which was quite thoughtful. We also liked the concept of the apartments compared to small hotel rooms which gives more freedom when traveling with kids.

Our one bedroom apartment was functional but not as stylish as we expected. The floor was also not clean when we arrived. The swimming pool was small.

Great hotel in central Berlin

The shower and room space was divine. The restaurant/bar was great and accommodating. The food was good and a great competitive price.

The pool area was very busy and TV was lacking options.

We liked that you had the option to visit the pool. The staff were helpful.

The room wasn't clean enough with stains on the floor and another person's hair in the sink. We felt a draft from the window even if it was closed and the room felt really cold at night.

Great Hotel!

Everything. The rooms were amazing. The location was great. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The pillows were took a bit to get used to, but were ok. The pool was small, but it wasn't horrible.

Disappointing

Location Bathroom Bed+pillows were comfortable

The whole reason we booked this hotel is for the spa. The pool is much smaller than it seems on the photos. We wanted to relax after a long day of walking and it was impossible due to kids making noise and being disrespectful. This was brought to the attention of the reception who did NOTHING. Extremely disappointed for a hotel that brands itself to have a spa, not a kids area. Paying 140 euros a night is a disgrace. On top of that, the steam room was out of order and no access to the rooftop. In addition, we asked the staff to let us know when the room was ready, this was not done. The corridors are very dark which gives a gloomy vibe. The room was not as clean as it should have been: dust, lipstick stains on the drinking glasses, socks? in the dresser. Giving a 4 is generous.

Adequate enough, but wouldn’t return.

The staff were very pleasant and always willing to help and smiling.

The beds weren’t comfortable. A full sized bed was split over two mattresses. The bathroom was open to the room, and only one door alternated between closing off the shower and closing the toilet. It was bizarre. The heating in the room was also all over the place - super hot than cold, and repeat.

windows werent soundproof so if you’re facing to the main street, you can hear cars. sauna wasnt warm enough and was loud. breakfast could be better with more options and with better coffee

A great place to stay, great location.

Location is very good for transport links, breakfast was good but a little too expensive, all the staff l spoke to were very helpful and friendly, l would recommend this hotel.

Cheaper breakfast, l would have had more if it was cheaper although the choices were excellent. In our apartment it would be useful to have a small saucepan

Great hotel, highly recommend

We couldn’t recommend this hotel enough, all the staff were very lovely and helpful throughout our stay. The room was perfect, we loved the layout of the bed/ bathroom. Great access to the pool, we found it to be less busy in the morning and during the day but as expected quite busy in the evenings.

Lovely hotel with spa facilities in a good location!

Lovely hotel in a good location. The room was very nice, not too small with a spacious and nicely designed bathroom. Coffee machine in the room. Hotel has a small swimming pool, steam room, and sauna which were a lovely addition to my stay. The location is good with a metro station 2 mins walk from the hotel. Abit further along, there is a large shopping street with a shopping mall, high street stores, cafes, and the lovely KaDeWe department store! I had breakfast included in the room rate and it was worth it...good variety and quality, with good staff service.

it’s just a mediocre city hotel with nothing much to talk about.

much shabbier than the pictures, bad room design where you can see inside the bathroom and our toilet door and the bathroom door did not close properly. “spa” is a joke, tiny pool which was full of toddlers and nothing resembling a meditative, relaxing adult space. Massage room non-existent. incompetent reception staff who couldn’t even let my friend in the room that I booked after my flight got cancelled so she got there earlier. location not very close to any bus or train stops and really ugly part of town. overpriced.

50€ Prepaid JUST IN CASE you use the minibar is pretty weird. You'll get it back if you don't take anything but still... Never had that in a hotel.
