beautiful designed hotel the location near the zoo is amazing the stuff are helpful and very friendly .the bar is lively and fully of atmosphere the breakfast was excellent .we love this hotel. we highly recommend it.

Lovely designed hotel, contemporary, clean and great spacious room. Shower was amazing. Hotel staff friendly and helpful, good breakfast and loved the monkey bar. Location of the hotel is good for shopping and accessing the zoo. Complimentary mini bar was a nice touch, overall a great stay.

The overall style and decoration of the hotel is very tasteful. Modern urban vibe with excellent views of City West or the Zoo from your room. They offer some other amenities that I do not want to spoil, but let's just say I felt very valued as a guest! :)

Bed was comfortable, room was spacious.
Breakfast was not that good, in my opinion it was way too expensive for what it was. Bread was dry all three days during my visit, scrambled eggs were terrible. Cleaning was done every second day but they missed to clean the mirror, there was a lot of dust on the shelves, minibar was not refilled (I had to ask for it in reception).
