Everything was great from start to finish
The only thing I may think of is that on the last day I could hear the people in the room next to me.
Other than that it was super quiet.

Very good location; room fairly clean and well designed; some staff was very helpful and went beyond their call of duty to help with some issues
Very noisy. It's not worth the "sound-proofing" claim. Even with windows closed, the car noise was noticeable. I also could hear everything from the neighbors' room (alarm, coughing, music, talking).
I specifically asked for a quiet room with windows facing the courtyard. I asked this during booking and sent an email afterwards, yet still ended up with a room facing the street. When I challenged it, the person at the reception claimed that all their rooms face the street, which was not true, as I later confirmed with another staff member.

Its location was in a quiet area by a park but within walking distance of the city.
It was very clean and the staff were polite and helpful.
Breakfast’s were awesome with so much selection.
A retractable washing line in the bathroom would have been helpful.

I’ve been visiting this hotel for 3 years and I feel at home everytime. Clean and modern hotel, quiet area and comfortable rooms.
Nothing bad to say.
