neighborhood and cleanliness.
It was confusing that there were two front doors, one where the code works and one where the code does not work. This gave me a bit of a panic attack. The next day, I saw a guest struggling with the same issue.

Nice vibe. Locale was excellent - eateries, bars, cafes.
Suggestion : The exhaust fan in the bathroom thumped intermittently all night, if there is a trick to work it, be really good if that can be communicated.

Great location, could have had more assistance arriving. Breakfast was very average and lukewarm. For the price we paid, you would expect warmer food at least, with bigger plates too (struggled to fit everything on them). The range wasn’t diverse and there could generally have been more hot food, the quality of food could have been better too. For example, the pretzels were not warm and it was overall disappointing. Very nice member of staff helping though. The room was beautiful with nice mirrors, and the shower was nice - liked the body wash’s fragrance.
Breakfast (see above), impersonal welcome due to codes required for all access. Outside gym looked okay.
