Overall, a very positive stay. The staff deserve a special mention—they were exceptional from start to finish, always welcoming and eager to help with recommendations and requests. The location couldn't be better, either; everything we needed was right on our doorstep.
The only area with room for improvement is the breakfast offering, which was rather mediocre and didn't quite reflect the high standard set by the rest of the hotel.

Great location, lovely rooftop bar, and all staff were lovely. Rooms were spotless and well styled for a budget hotel.
Rooms are very small, but this is to be expected.
We stayed as it changed to Cloud One brand - the breakfast wasn’t worth it on the Cloud One day.

The Hotel is Centrally located, near to the Station, few minutes walk.
Nearby to many good restaurants, Shopping complex and Tourist attractions
Good only with respect to locationwise
The rooms are really Small & can be claustrophobic if you are staying inside the room for long (due to sealed windows).
There are no closet.
No Coffee machines
No Complementary (Water Bottles)
There is concierge service/room service mentioned in the TV, but it redirects you to go to reception if you need anything!
