The hotel has a great location, beautiful design, and good facilities.
The staff were also genuinely very friendly and helpful, and I really appreciated being offered a late check-out.
The pool and saunas were really pleasant as well!
I was a bit disappointed by the overall experience (especially considering the hotel rates themselves as 5-star).
The walls in rooms are quite thin, so you can hear doors closing and noise from other rooms. Our room also had a connecting door to the neighbouring room, which felt unusual from a privacy perspective.
There were also some cleanliness/maintenance issues, including stains on the curtains and on the wall.
The breakfast was good, but nothing exceptional. What I found most disappointing was the way breakfast service was handled towards closing time. Although breakfast officially ended at 10:30, staff started reminding guests at around 10:20 that the buffet was closing, and shortly afterwards began clearing plates and even trying to take away unfinished coffee. It made us feel rushed and not particularly welcome.

Good location and clean room
The room was very small compared to what we expected. We travelled with friends who booked the same room type but were given a much better room. When I spoke to a member of staff near reception to confirm it was the correct room I was dismissed and told I had already checked in
