We didn’t sample the breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave us a great recommendation for dinner one evening, offered us a drink on arrival and water cartons as we left. The location was great. Bedroom was spacious and the bathroom was modern and spotless.

We absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The location was perfect with easy access to both the Ku’damm, New Berlin and the great restaurants of Charlottenberg. Our room was beautifully appointed with a great view over the square. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and although it was very hot outside the room was cool even when air conditioning was really low. The breakfast and the restaurant is first class and food a very high standard. As for the staff, we were looked after so well it was difficult to leave. We would definitely stay here again.

It is excellent property for pleasant stay in calm location near to public transport.
Being a vegan, the breakfast choice is limited to fruits, juices and breads only.

The service was exceptional! very friendly staff welcomed us with champagne and a surprise cake in our room.
Dinner at the restaurant was fantastic, with amazing main courses and delicious cocktails - unfortunately the starter food we ordered was ok. Breakfast was also very tasty.
This hotel offers rare, attentive 5-star service in Germany. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable stay!
While the room design is slightly old-fashioned, everything else more than made up for it.
