The hotel is vey close to the Ku'damm and it is very convinent for shopping and it also a good vibe. the breakfast is quite good, it is continental and fresh. the stuff is very helpull, specially Zahara who gave us extra hour for check out . the rooms are cleen, every day sharp on time they clean them while we went out . the room is quite and has a lot of natural light which gives a good vibe.
There are several things that need to be fix and seems like they didn't fix them for long time before. it gave us the feeling that the hotel manager is not dealing with the small details like respected hotels need to.

The location was very practical, because the hotel is 1 min walk from the metro station, it's pretty central and safe at night. The hotel itself was quiet clean and I always slept pretty good (no noise around).
Room cleaning was poor, my room wasn't cleaned every day and towels were changed only two times. If come to breakfast late, there is almost nothing left. The room could be a bit bigger.
