Large and comfortable room. Mini-fridge and kettle/coffee-pod machine provided, and ice machine on the same floor.
I was not a fan of the pillows on the bed, but a quick request at reception got me pillows more to my liking.

The location is absolutely perfect — there’s really nothing more to add. I was able to easily reach all the places I wanted to visit by public transport, and the stops are literally just around the corner. The staff are very polite and welcoming.
The breakfast was delicious.
As for the room itself, it exceeded my expectations. It was spacious without being unnecessarily huge, clean and well-maintained. The bathroom was also very comfortable and spacious.
It’s a very quiet place, which really helped me relax and get some proper rest.

Rooms were very spacious. The furniture was nice and the bed was especially comfortable, and we loved how big it was. It was easy to navigate around the hotel, and the one day we did take breakfast there, it was a very good. Also the location of the hotel is great, right next to the zoo and associated train, which has a direct line to the airport.
Honestly, there wasn't anything that stuck out as wrong with this hotel, I would very much stay there again and recommend it to others.

The location is good and near to everything. Room is spacious and have a good toilet.
First, when we arrived, the woman in the front desk is very snappy and not even say hi.
Second, when we arrived in the room, the water glass is very dirty. No room slippers, No toothbrush and fridge is empty. ( very strange for 5 stars hotel).
Evening, after we got a great dinner outside we decided to went to the hotel bar and get some cocktails, but then the waitress is very snappy and seems like she don’t like her job. Very disappointing for 5 stars hotel staff.
2nd day, Breakfast … tables are dirty and untidy.
