I really liked the cleanliness of the property and the excellent customer service. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and I really appreciated the way they communicated with customers. They even gave me helpful advice on how to save money during my stay, which I thought was very thoughtful.

Love the location.
i had booked a room with a double bed or queen bed. There was only a room with a single bed available for 3 nights. ... Because of a concert in the city and the hotel was packed. The bed felt small for me. On the 4th night, June 2, after midnight i asked about the bigger bed and finally found myself moving into a new room at 1am on my last day, June 3. However i had paid for 5 nights in a bigger bed. The bed was comfortable and too bad i didn't get it when i arrived.

The staff was very friendly, helpful, and supportive. The location was perfect for my activities, i.e., the Opera was only 1🚉... Station away, etc. The Olympiastadium wasn't far away either 🤗...

Good beds. Short distance to S-bahn to airport
You have to pay 33 Euros to be allowed to check in earlier than 3 PM even if there is low season and ready rooms are available.
Most hotels offer a bottle of water free of charge, but not this hotel. They charge you 2, 90 euros for a small bottle of water! What a generous offer!
