The location of this hotel with small kids is wonderful. There is actually space within the accommodation to relax.

Complete lack of personnel in the spa area was a little unnerving.

Beautiful room, high ceilings, tastefully decorated, comfortable beds. Very attentive and friendly staff Great location on Kudamm and 100 meters from U-Bahn station.

The toiletries offered were not on par with the hotel standard - no conditioner or body lotion (may have been available on request, I did not ask). Small gym that felt stuffy as it was next to indoor pool.

I travel a lot and always stay in 5 starts hotels. value for money is lacking. you are paying in the Level of 5 stats hotel and you don’t get the treatment of a 5 not even 4 .. dare I say not even 3 stars hotel. first they won’t clean your room till you asked them to. the cleaning is very minimal and not through. they would take the bath robe and won’t replace it till you ask them. there is breakfast but nobody told me about it till I asked and told me there is ?!!!!!! there is no tooth brush, and other products which should be standard in any hotel at this price level. I had to ask for it. the staff is nice but the service they provide is not matching the price level. at this price they should anticipate the needs of the guests but it was lacking. it’s almost you have to demand even the minimum?!!! for the money I am paying , I rather go to an actual 5 state hotel. not going back.

Very nice place. Everybody was very welcome. Apartmant was huge and so confortable. We had everything . Very clean. Nice view from the balcony. Would totaly recomend and will come again 😀
