Check in went well and the room and the. Breakfast was great
Not having complimentary water on the second night. My main bug bear though was the fact your bar only had one red wine on both nights I stayed. It was a Chianti. Seems a bit weird for a high glass hotel bar in Berlin. I was really surprised there was not more choice!

I absolutely loved the interior design and vibe of the hotel. also the Staff was super friendly and helpfull. 😊

The room was spectacular, bed was huge (we went for a king size), the shower was great, loved the heated floor and rainfall shower. The decor was lovely, felt very luxurious.
The location is a little out the way of the centre, bit awkward to get to and from if your main plans lay within the direct centre but not impossible!
You will be charged a refundable deposit for the mini bar, which we didn't know until there, we stayed three nights and the deposit was €200 but we got it back almost immediately after check out - so not a negative other than I wish there was a warning so we knew to expect it!

The hotel concept was appealing; it has its own vibe.
It’s clear that the hotel isn’t new — it’s worn out and needs renovation or better attention to cleanliness. In our room, there were stains on the bed, the bathroom mirror was cloudy, and the plumbing was covered in limescale that looks like it has built up over years. So, while it feels stylish, it’s not properly clean. We were also checked in 1.5 hours late — almost at 5:00 PM instead of the scheduled 3:00 PM check-in time. This disrupted all my plans.
