The room was perfect. The location in the center of Berlin could not have been better...easy walk to essentially everything we wanted to see. I want to give special mention to Ben (I think that was his name) at the front desk. We had just flewn overnight and arrived at the hotel at 9:30 am. Although our room wasn't yet available, he arranged for us to have a complimentary breakfast and then texted me when our room was available a couple of hours later. Everyone at the front desk was exceptionally nice and helpful, but Ben went over and above to help us.

Excellent location. Room was well furnished and very clean - always a plus! Good breakfast with a wide selection to choose from. Staff were friendly and helpful.
