The apartment was very spacious, with a comfortable bed, eating and sitting area, a kitchenette and a big bathroom. The location was a great advantage, as the flat was located near S-Bahn and tram stations, additionally surrounded with many restaurants, cafes and grocery shops.
The kitchenette lacked a small pot for cooking and more cutlery and dishware would also be appreciated.

Central location
Non existent customer service. To only rely on an automated WhatsApp chat & wait to be connected to a human who will still not answer or solve the problem is highly limiting. Furthermore the so called free access to Holmes Place is only valid for locations that are far away from the hotel.
