The property is very convenient to different sort of restaurants, chemist, public transport and convenient stores. Also the breakfast included during my stay was average. The staffs are friendly. My room is always clean whenever I get back.
Late afternoon I was resting and next door was doing some construction that created so much noise.

Excellent location, right next to U-bahn and tram station. The tram connects directly to Berlin central station. Staffs are wonderful. Room is clean and spacious. We’re lucky to have a nice view of the TV tower. Wifi is fast.

Location was good, with public transport just outside. A great variety of food for breakfast. Nice seating area in reception to sit and have a coffee or beer.
Nice shower but could do with a curtain.

Location was good and nice to have free coffee.
The staff were helpful.
The beds were very uncomfortable and pillows were not good for neck. The mattresses made our backs ache very badly. The shower head attachment was broken so we could not enjoy a nice shower.
It was a very noisy area due to residents. We were woken up very early
