The location was good for visiting Brienz or the Ballenberg Living Museum

The family apartment was spacious, comfortable and even better than the photos. Parking right outside was very convenient, and the location was excellent – only a 5–7 minute walk from Ballenberg and the woodcarving/cow experience. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful. As they knew we were leaving very early for Jungfraujoch, they prepared a wonderful takeaway breakfast with sandwiches, boiled eggs, fruit and cheese. It was so generous and kept our family going all day!

The hotel is well situated in a quiet area at walking distance from the Ballenberg museum. The dining room looks quite nice and the dining buffet was good.
The dining room is noisy. The mattrass was bad. Our room stituated right under the roof had its floor trembling all the time the kitchen ventilator was switched on.
