It was very good, ambience, cleanliness, view of lake from the room is the reason to book the stay.
Staff were so welcoming
One small thing i noticed is as it is chalet type .. there were sounds from top floor when people move around in their room in the night. Floor creaking sound.

The hosts were wonderful and incredibly welcoming. You simply can’t beat the beautiful views of Lake Brienz! The facility was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommend!

The view is very nice and the location is good.
We stayed one night. Very warm. We barely able to sleep. The fan is working but no air just a waste of electricity. I was scratching the whole night.Our neighbor have kids and they are still playing after 10pm up to 1am. You can feel every vibration from the other room.
