CITQ 3 stars # 615904 Your cottage is private. The center has a heated swimming pool + a jacuzzi area. You will have 1 hour of exclusive use of the spa for your privacy, upon reservation. Bring your personal belongings (bicycle helmets, beach towels, life jacket or flotation device) to enjoy the outdoors. We are a small seaside resort dating back to the 1940s. Our cabins are very comfortable and our site is charming in addition to being perfectly located. If you're looking for a unique experience with a retro twist, this might be the place for you. NOTE: We welcome animals and their responsible owners with enthusiasm. If you are afraid of cats or dogs, are allergic to them or simply don't like them, we may not be the place for you. Now, about Le Davos. Slightly elevated, the Davos offers a beautiful view of the swimming pool and the gardens. It has 2 balconies, one on the pool side and the other on Condor Road, where the afternoon light warms you. This is an original Village Suisse era chalet and has undergone some upgrades over the years including windows, kitchen and insulation which make it very comfortable. Its total area is approximately 900 pc. SLEEPING OPTIONS - Up to 4 adults or 6 people including children. There are two Queen bedrooms on the ground floor and two single beds on the mezzanine level. THE KITCHEN The kitchen is open and fully equipped. You will find kitchen utensils, a coffee maker, a kettle, an electric mixer, a small electric chopper and of course, a Swiss fondue set. AROUND YOUR CHALET + On the balcony by the pool you will find your barbecue and propane seats. + At ground level, your hammock and picnic table await you. + The heated pool is in front of your unit, as is the hot tub. They are both shared between all units. You have access to an outdoor fireplace near the spa and a campfire a little further on the ground. + Our land extends to the park. You have access to our trampoline and its playground for children. This reservation has a firm cancellation policy - refunds will be issued for cancellations made up to 60 days prior to arrival date. A 100% refund is given for cancellations made at least 60 days before the arrival date. A 50% refund is granted for cancellations made between 30 and 59 days before the arrival date. There are no refunds for cancellations made less than 30 days before the arrival date. CanadaStays booking fees are refundable if the traveler cancels within 48 hours of booking request. Our house rules: no smoking, no parties or events, pets allowed. Holiday weekends are a 3 night minimum No arrivals or departures on December 24, 25, 31 and January 1. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for $50 for the first 2 hours and $50 per hour thereafter. On demand.

I stayed here while running the P’tit Train du Nord marathon. The Swiss Village is about 500m from the start line of the race which was perfect (although you’ll need a way to get back to Val-David from St-Jérome after the race.) My kids had a blast with the pool, hot tub, and surrounding areas. Would definitely recommend for any P’tit Train du Nord marathoners.

We stayed in the Genève cottage for four nights, and thoroughly enjoyed it. The place was just the right size, clean and well supplied for cooking. The little village setting is great for meeting people, the pool and hot tub were great for the kids, and the location can't be beat. Walking distance to groceries, restaurants, bakeries. Bike rentals in town, hiking in the regional park directly adjacent to the property. Kayaking, climbing, riding bikes on the old railroad bed. No shortage of things to do in Val David. Highly recommend.

Will never return to this property, over priced for what you got especially the bedding. No mattress protectors, sheets dirty duvet cover dirty and duvet had lots of stains. There was single duvet in a queen duvet cover, all the beds looked like they had not been changed after the last person and beds just made up again hair and objects stuck to the sheets. Someone did come and change the beds and put two fitted sheets on both queen beds to use as a mattress protector but the bedding still looked grimy. They stated in the ad that renovations had been done to the kitchen and bathroom, kitchen was okay but the bathroom was half done, only new thing was the tiles and shower head. The enamel was coming off the tub and the tiles on the floor were cracked and dirty. Most of the jets did not work in the hot tub but the pool was fine.
