The location was excellent for tours and climbing to the top to the cave.
It was very quiet.
Restaurant choice was limited.

Excellent location! The food at the restaurant was good I had their Chicken Pho and it was the best one I tried so far in Vietnam.
loved my room and the outdoor shower and I love that I got early access to the Pagoda and the dragon at the top.
Rooms could be cleaner but overall it was very comfortable.

Wonderful little village with nice bedrooms, swimming pool and welcoming staff!

Location on site for Ninh Binh mua caves and climb to dragon monument. Rooms are not opulent if you expect this book to stay in the town. But we appreciated being on site, the ability to enjoy the stunning sights and walks after our before the crowds are all there..
The friendly goats may join you on the mountain track.
The pool is stunning nestled into to base of the mountain. Our room had additional outdoor shower and bath and was much enjoyed. Staff very certain to attend to our needs.
Our indoor shower door needs repair. Pool wasn't attended by staff and needed to take room towels to use, but staff were happy to provide us with extras at reception.

They didn't charge a fee to pay for the room with credit card.
- Reception called a taxi for us when we needed one.
- The room was clean.
In terms of 'value for money' this is possibly the worst place I've ever stayed.
- it is only 10 min drive into Tam Coc however you cannot get a Grab into town at all. If you arrange your own taxi or get the hotel to do it for you, it will cost you 100k for every trip. There is absolutely nothing around the hotel.
- they have bicycles to rent but for 50k a day. Considering the location and the cost of the hotel, these absolutely should be free.
- they don't offer scooter rental. There is a man outside the hotel who does but for a laughable price of 250k a day (he then got confused by his own illogical pricing when we asked for two days). When I told reception this they had no interest in helping us.
- the park is not really natural at all. I live in China and this is basically a tacky selfie park, but a really run down one.
- you don't get any added benefits as a hotel guest, you even have to tell the security guy every time you enter as he assumed you're just there to enter the ark.
- it gets very crowded with tourists visiting the park. The rooms are just scattered around and don't feel very private at all.
- the pool is unclean with moss and can be used by anyone so isn't even a hotel guest benefit
- biggest disappointment: the hotel claim you get to climb the peak before everyone else in the morning. This is categorically not true. I asked two receptionists when it opens to the public and neither could actually tell me a concrete time. We then got up to the peak at 05:20 and within 10-15 minutes we were joined by several other groups (the receptionist estimated the park would open at 6am). None of these guests were staying at the hotel as we even saw them leaving on bicycles from other hotels...
- breakfast was basic and had flies on the food (not covered)
- we were supposed to stay two nights but left after one. Reception tried to charge me 30% for the second night but I refused.

The sunrise in the morning
We had booked 3 nights, but left after just one night. The official photo and hotel descriptions does not match the reality. The rooms are in a very crowded commercial park and from your room you feel watched like animals in the Zoo. Parl visitors forced their way into my daugthers hut when she was undressed, because they believed it was one of the publiv facilities. In the restaurant, we waited on food for one hour after the order. The breakfast buffet was chaotic. The staff was kind. The location was beautiful, but with a lot of trash - flammino boxes by the lotus lake, lake bicycles filles with trash and empty plastic bottles, etc

The amazing dragon mountain inside the resort. The beautiful scenery spacious room with comfy beds.
The restaurant was not the best

ideal location literally at the base of the mountain for the famous view point. this does mean in the daytime it is a little busy, but for us this didn’t matter as we were out all day. you get free entry (normally 200,000) for the caves and viewpoint and breakfast was included and very good. the room is beautiful and air conditioned!
cockroaches in the bathroom, think there was a hole under the sink. bathroom a bit slippery when wet but there are spiders to wear. staff were helpful but didn’t offer further advice or recommendations.
TIP: we managed to barter a taxi down to 80K to Tam Coc, Grab App doesnt have many drivers in the area.

The room was big and had working air conditioning. The setting was lovely, right next to Hàng Mua and a view point that is included in your room price. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Lovely spa to get a massage.
The room set up didn't work. There was a bed in the way of the door that we had to climb over to get in. The bathroom really smelt of drains and at times was quite a strong smell. The room itself was very damp and we had to turn the AC to heat mode to keep our clothes dry. The shower was not set up for anyone over 5' 5 and regularly ran out of hot water. There was nothing provided in the shower room to stop the floor from getting wet and therefore the tiles got very slippery. There were also rodents in our roof that we could hear scrabbling around and we found droppings in our room. Upon checkout, we had a few hours to kill before our bus and were allowed to leave our bags in reception. . We asked to borrow an umbrella for a few hours as it was raining but we were refused this.

Love the cozy environment and a lot of places to visit around . Great food and friendly staff.
We couldn't use the TV in the room.

Stayed there for the location, was able to go to the top of the view point before any crowds. Very nice setting and great location.

The landscape around was incredible and the staff were friendly. Easy access to bike rentals. Nice rides around local area. They had a cute puppy 🐶
Eventhough the landscape was beautiful there's no need to stay overnight in the park to enjoy it. The facilities were in parts half-finished and the rest was tacky and left dirty. The park blasted out music before 8am. The eggs and the pancakes at breakfast were cold and didn't look inviting.
Definitely not a quite place to relax, there's always a crowd around. It's marketted as tranquil and ecotourism, but was neither quiet nor appeared to be ecofriendly.
To sum up, we had great expectations that weren't quite satisfied.

The location!!! the staff!! the natural beauty!!!
some of the rooms nearby had broken glass and looked abandoned or worn down.

Breakfast was poor.
Rooms very basic and run down. Leaking toilet in one.

Location right at Hang mua entrance is a plus point.
The staff at the restaurant is very kind and attentive.
I love the vibe, and the serene environment. So pretty!
The room size and bed is fine, but i wish there is no split level leading to the bathroom.

beautiful place to stay!

The breakfast was ok only, but the view of this hotel is nice. It's close by to the dragon for those who wants to climb.
There no Restaurant near by the hotel for walking distance.

I think the campus itself is the highlight of ninh binh, the location of this stay is perfect.
we were staying in a tree house and it was small for 3 occupants, they shouldn’t be listing this for people looking for 2+ occupants.

You should be aware that this hotel complex is located within the mua caves park/attraction and therefore it is very busy with many tourists! however, use this to your advantage by climbing the viewpoint when the park is still closed and enjoy the views by yourself!
the food in te restaurant is extremely good and well priced! the reception can help you with any form of transportation!
the bathroom looked like it was never finished and yet it was already broken. you had to shower while seated in the bath. can be loud and busy on the park

Great location, big bungalow, nice staff.
Good breakfast!!
The pool needs attention - the water was dirty and really cold, which was disappointing as we booked this for the pool.
It would have been good to have other food options in the restaurant.

Hotel really well situated inside Mua caves. Apartament was big and comfortable. Very instagrameable the whole hotel. Personnel is very attentive and there are lots of amenities (possibility to hire bike, laundry service…)
Breakfast buffet is really repetitive (there is little choice).
