Clean. Close to old town. Nicely decorated and quite spacious inside. Pet friendly.
Street parking hard to find in August.
Not able to check in until 3pm when ferry to Mallorca arrives at 7am.

Me gustó todo, pero lo mejor fué estar en una verdadera casa del lugar como la que habita la misma gente del pueblo. Algo antigua pero bien coservada. Aire en todos lo ambientes 3 habitaciones cómodas. Cocina con todos los artefactos necesarios y un depósito con muchos elementos de cocina. Es muy importante para gente que gusta de comprar en merdados y hacer su propia comida. En la terraza contaba con una barbacóa básica donde pudimos hacer asados. Nos dejaron un vino de cortesía y el trato y respuestas fueron muy buenas. RECOMIENDO

Die Lage war sehr gut. Allerdings hat Google Maps ein Problem mit der Einbahnstraßenregelung in Pollença. Wenn man von der falschen Seite in die Einbahnstraße abbiegen soll, ist das nicht sehr empfehlenswert, zumal die Straßen in Pollença sehr eng sind. Dafür konnte man von der Unterkunft aus viele Lokale (für alle Ansprüche) zu Fuß erreichen.
Pollença ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Wanderungen unterschiedlicher Schwierigkeitsgrade im Norden Mallorcas.
Tipp für Mietwagen: Unbedingt eine Komplettversicherung über booking.com oder ähnliche abschließen. Die Straßen in den Orten sind sehr eng und leider gibt es auch in Spanien Fahrer, denen Schäden an fremden Fahrzeugen komplett egal sind.
In der Küche hätte ich zumindest Putzutensilien und Spülmittel erwartet. Es gab auch keinerlei Gewürze etc.. Für ausländische Selbstversorger sicherlich ein Problem (Insellage, Flugpreise und Gepäckbeschränkungen). Also isst man lieber auswärts.
Störend war die Kirche, die wirklich jede Viertelstunde beweisen musste, dass sie noch vorhanden ist.
