Dissapointed

Location is perfect, just in the middle of Fig tree bay, one of the best beaches in Cyprus. Room was clean and comfortable. The ladies in the reception were amazing, especially Mrs. Anna if i am not wrong, who was willing to provide any kind of help.

Besides breakfast which was decent, lunch and dinner were not even average. As we had an all inclusive stay, we would expect something much better, however quality of food, snacks and drinks was very poor (yucky i would say) Most of the staff is untrained with no hotel experience at all. Definitely not a 4 star hotel!

bad quality on food for both lunch and breakfast.. big variety but taste not good. it is like a mass production food.. disappointed given the money we paid for this hotel. definitely not a 4-star hotel

The downstairs foyer is beautiful and bar rooms need renovations but location is close to everything

Enjoyed 3-night stay here and would highly recommend great location

The Room was a good Size with nice sea view, Hotel was a great location right on the main strip and on a lovely sandy beach Enjoyed the breakfast and dinner which had plenty to choose from. The Staff were friendly with a special mention to Aris who was fantastic with a great personality that put a smile on everyone's face.

Music by the pool was not very relaxing

Great stay for your holiday on the beach

Amazing location just at the beach front. Staff super friendly and helpful. Beds very comfy.

Some of facilities seem outdated, but this is super minor.

Superb

Superb staff, very helpful and polite Excellent breakfast and dinner. Perfect location. we enjoyed the sun beds , the pool area and the sea view.

Perfect spot for a relaxing vacation!

The location is so good that we parked the car outside and left it at the same spot during our whole 4 day stay! Everything always clean and staff extremely polite and helpful. Stunning view from our bedroom window. Perfect place for short or long term relaxing vacation!

The pool and restaurant staff were very polite and helpful.

The hotel overcharged me after check-in, and removed the baby cot right in front of me unless I pay extra for the room. The pool beds are constantly occupied, some for days by the same people. Too loud at night!!! No parking space, they called the police on me because I parked behind while I was trying to ask where to park it. Water ran out on me while showering. Room cards didn't work at least twice a day.

Breakfast and dinner could be better for a 4star hotel! Also they should have more selections and quality for kids menu!

Exceptional

All the staff of the hotel they work as one team in order to provide to their customers the best hospitality and make them feel comfortable as a family. Special thanks to the General Manager of the Hotel Mr. Solomos and the Restaurant Manager Mr. Aris. We will definitely choose again this Hotel. And I will recommend it to all my friends. All the best guys.

Excellent Location - excellent beach, resraurants in waling distance, great and friendly staff, clean, good breakfast.

Lunch/ dinner food could be of better quality. Breakfast was good though.

Nice location and good food

All the staff (minus one reception lady) were all very lovely and friendly. All inc food was good, something differnet for every lunch and evening. So many good salads! Service was quick and smooth all the time, in the restaurants and bars. A quite big list of cocktails for all inc guests, which was awesome. Locations is right next to the beach, so quick dips in beach (or pool) between sunbathing are refreshing.

Not about the hotel but the next door bar is extremely loud for at least 2 nights of the week. By loud I mean SUPER loud and annoying where songs are played 30sec each and then change! So there is constant bass all the time. 70db behind closed doors/windows from 23 to 2 o'clock. Earplugs did not help at all. Be prepared to be awake or go party, you won't be able to sleep anyway. Also one of the reception worker wasn't helpful with the problem I had. Didn't even heard me out about the missing clothing item in the room as she began to interrupt me by saying that it's not possible and I have lost it myself. Clothing item was worthless but the way she handled it was worse than the fact it had gone missing while clean up.
