The room was spacious, the hotel's restaurant was great, especially the deserts. The staff was always nice and smiling. The location is just next to a metro station of the red line, making it very easy to get around.
The coffee on breakfast was based on a fancy Nespresso machine, but no combination I tried managed to get me a cup of coffee I liked. Perhaps you could order a cup of cappuccino not from that machine, but I haven't tried.

Good location. Walkable to the Gulbenkian museum, a good laundromat, and plenty of food options. Bed was pretty comfortable.
The lighting setup is annoying in the room. There was a kind of high pitched buzzing sound sometimes that kinda messed with me. Food at the hotel is pretty good but pricey and minimal.

The location was great
The room was so small and the bathroom and toilet didn’t have separate space with a door and all the bad smells came into the room and also you don’t have any privacy for changing clothes also the room temperature was not okay at all
