Staff - they were friendly and helpful. Wonderful.
I am an older person, so comfort is always relative. I did not like that there was no chair in the room, only a stool. The breakfast area is very compact, and people jockey for space, elbowing in, or waiting. Food was ok, not bad, but not stellar. Seating is crowded and more like stacked cattle than comfy spots to gather and eat.

Location was good as you could get the metro easily to the city, rooms were clean & comfy
the 'roof bar' was very underwhelming.
Some staff rude, we had an issue with the staff not understanding our room number and very rudely told to leave as we couldnt have breakfast although this had been paid for. The staff member who assisted in the end and let the other member know she had made a mistake was great but we received no apology for the behaviour. this left a very bad taste so for that reason we would not stay again

Rooms are well equipped and the decor in the hotel is modern
Not gol value for money, €14 for a poor breakfast, very slow check in service, staff not very helpful. For £200 a night I expect high quality service and breakfast included.
