Amazing location, close to the metro station and super pleasant staff! There is a safety deposit box and a mini fridge which is a big plus.
The bathroom facilities in particular seemed pretty worn out, with leaking faucets, rust in the shower and not completely clean toilet. There was also no shower handle aside from the outside one (bidet) so showering only with the overhead part was not really convenient.

I stayed 5 nights at this hotel and tried the standard rooms first which was fine. Then I extended my stay and was given the superior room. Both are good, but I think this time the room is very good despite being small.
This hotel is clean. Next to the hotel and within walking distance, there are two supermarkets one of them is actually big. Also there are a number of good restaurants within walking distance.
The searching point for the HOHO buses is near the hotel, that is a great advantage. But you need to be careful with one to pick because there are three companies that operate. The location is not at the city center, you need to walk about 20 minutes. Plenty of buses and a train station all within walking distance.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is reasonable and not expensive. The hotel is priced right in comparison with other hotels.
The size of the room is small especially if you have kids.
During peak times, elevators are busy and small as well. So, you just need to be patient and cooperative with other elderly people or people with kids.
When you check in, you need to take some steps up to go to the elevators. Otherwise there is a small elevator to avoid the steps. Pay attention to that, when I checked in, they did not tell me that. So, I had to drag my luggage up the steps.

Location
Parking & breakfast were not included. No where to get a bottle of water - I had to walk down the street at 11pm to a grocery store. Bed was hard. Bathroom has sup hand soap/shampoo. Not great experience.
