* Nice touches, including the welcome gifts
* The rooms are quite dated and look better in the photos than they do in person
*My request for a double bed was not met, and the room instead had two single beds. The hotel did upgrade me to a larger room, which I appreciated, although the room itself was still quite dated
*There was an unpleasant smell when entering the room, somewhat like someone was smoking smell
*The provided amenities were fairly low quality
*You can hear the trains/metro passing by. While this is obviously outside the hotel’s control, it is something guests may want to keep in mind
* Price for what you pay for is comparable to boutique hotels in Lisbon with a similar location, so perhaps that could be something to consider when comparing properties
