The staff always prone to help, assist or revise tips or recommendations. Location is great and the appartement was well equipped and super comfy. The location of a Moke vehicle for the day directly at the hotel was super easy and convenient.
Difficult to set the right temperature in the rooms.

Great facilities. rooftop restaurant exceptional location and view
Room "upgrade" was to a ground floor room - very large split-level room with lounge. Downside was (a) that the original room had a view - this one was on a side street with frosted windows and extremely noisy from a bar next door.

Very polite friendly and competent staff. Unfortunately I had quite an accident and Rafael was the helping angel, Calmer and comforting. Special thanks to him!
