Perfect location. It was walking distance to all the key sites in Lisbon...Plaza Commercio, Castle, Pink Street, and great restaurants. It was also easy to catch Ubers from here. The hotel and rooms were very clean and spacious. We were lucky to have had the suite in the top floor, which had the most magnificent view. Even though we were centrally located, it was not noisy. The streets also felt safe to walk around at night.
The breakfast was ok but it did have a good variety. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again.
THe lighting in the room (especially bathroom) was a bit dim.

Great location and wonderful room. Very comfortable and bigger than I anticipated for the price during Lisbon’s high season. Checking in was easy and the staff were fantastic.

We stayed in the family suite and it was beautiful! Comfy beds, nice shower facilities, great air conditioning, lounge area with somewhere to fill our water bottles for free, and a great location close to everything but far enough away it was quiet.
Can’t think of anything worth noting.

The staff was excellent. Cyril, Tania, Facundo were very helpful and made our stay so comfortable. They are also so full of knowledge about the hotel, the history, the locations around the hotel. Thank you so much!
Our only complaint is that although we had an excellent suite, 101, the view outside the window was not good. It looked into the other apartments with people half dressed.
A higher floor overlooking the road or rooftops would have been preferred.
