The staff never know you
Every time when i am getting for my room they ask me : where are you going sir , can we see you passport sir , do you have a booking sir !!!!!

The location of the hotel is decent, with the centre of Lisbon within 20 minutes walk.
The bed was very uncomfortable, the staff on the front desk could be nicer and more welcoming and the room appeared dirty and needs a deep clean.
