Shower was awkward to use
Power points not easily accessible especially for charging I phone, I pad
Very disappointed could not get breakfast on our last day
Contacted concierge the day before that we had an early start as we had to catch a flight .
I was told breakfast starts at 7 am but we had to leave before that time.
I was not told that breakfast box is available, only made aware just before we left the hotel.
I requested a refund but only offered some sort of voucher for future stays. The staff member was abrupt, adamant and not willing to accommodate us . He gave us a cup of coffee and tea at my insistence

The hotel feels quite dated, with small and dark rooms, limited parking, and unfortunately, the bed was not very comfortable.
