Everything, starting with the Amazing staff. So so polite and knowledgeable. The location is great. The quality is great.
Nothing to dislike. Except we went to celebrate 30 years anniversary and I managed to lose my wedding band in the room. I’m still hopeful they will surprise me and find it.
And, indeed they found it, and I got it back. The honesty of the staff here is another level...much appreciated

The interior design is beautiful and thoughtfully done. The hotel’s common areas, including the reception and corridors, were exceptionally clean and well maintained. The pleasant scent throughout the hotel also created a distinctive atmosphere that made the overall experience feel special and memorable.
While the room was generally clean, the housekeeping service could be more consistent. On some occasions, items such as tissues were not replenished, and cleaning tools were occasionally left behind in the room.
Another point was the rooftop lounge. It was an amazing space, but it was not properly introduced or promoted to hotel guests. We only discovered it by coincidence, and we did not feel that hotel residents were particularly welcomed or given priority to enjoy the lounge.
