Villas are at the perfect location: beachfront on the Southern side of the island, very close to swimming with turtles tours operators. Villa is spacious with full kitchen facilities, a large fridge and a gas cooktop. The bed was of medium softness and about a super king size. Wide veranda with hammock and chairs make you feel relaxing. Outdoor shower helps to clean up after snorkeling. Two kayaks are available for the three villas guests, as well as snorkeling equipment.
There is no wi-fi available on the property, however, Vodafone hotspot connection is available for additional charge.

The front access to the beach. The unit was a good size, all that we needed. Having separate towels for swimming was good too. The bed was comfortable, unsure why so high tho. We enjoyed our stay there and would certainly return.

Can I say, the Roosters put a smile on our faces. Even better when we took a video of them for my grandaughter, she thought they were cute along with the chicken and little ones 🤣
The wifi would only connect if we had a vodafone sim card. We didn't as we had setup roaming from NZ.
When wanting to watch the movies provided on tv, it wouldn't go to full screen. It would have been good to have when it was raining or when having some down time.
No major, just wanting to note it.

The location was great - right on the beach.
The villa was basic, no-frills but had everything we needed especially the location.

Entry into the villa was fine, keys in the right place.
The villa was excellent in terms of position to the beach & scuba diving, swimming with the turtles etc.
The description on booking.com was accurate
1. The hosts are absolutely dreadful
2. They made NO attempt to meet any of the guests in their 3 villas.
3. There was NO wifi - hence NO TV only movies or TV shows that were on a USB stick - hence poor audio - very distorted sound impacting on the viewing
4. There were certain things about the villa that were unsatisfactory-
the kitchen window had a huge tear in the fly screen which had a piece of tape over the tear, the toilet had a minor leak, there was an actual GRAVE within a few metres of the kitchen window, the bed head squeaked loudly as either occupant in the bed turned, as it was not correctly affixed to the wall, the toaster was in a dangerous condition.
The host appears to be mainly concerned with money - there was a $300 ‘damage deposit charge’ which we had no idea was included & we were told to pay only by PayPal. She also changed booking.com’s advertised dates of payment & on departure returned only $37.90 of the $220 refund owed which we feel was a rip-off! She provides the basics in terms of holiday rental necessities, but is quick to let her guests know of costs that will be applied to even the most minor damage, eg a chipped bowl!
We FEEL VERY STRONGLY that should this property remain advertised through booking.com all aspects, especially financial aspects should ONLY be controlled by booking.com as that has always been our experience when using booking.com, which we have used many times, in many countries for our world wide travel since 2005!
