The location, view from the cute balcony and the apaetment itself were great. You will stay very close to Vatican and the main attractions, but in a less busy and not touristy street. Right above the San Pietro train station, close to nice restaurants and bars for breakfast or aperitivo.
The host, Davide communicated very proffesionally and proactively, speaks perfect English and provided warm welcome.
The apartment is spacious, very clean and nicely equipped. We only stayed for 2 night, we will do more next time.
I definitely recommend this accomodation when in Rome.
The train might be distracting for some, but we did not mind. The windows are well made and the noise was not too much.

Davide was an excellent host. The location was very walkable, and the view fantastic. He provided a list of restaurants, which was very helpful. The unit was clean and tidy. We enjoyed wine and cheese on the balcony each night with a perfect view after exploring Rome!

Convenient location, within easy walking distance from the Vatican. CLean and modern apartment with a good view, as per description!
Our host, Davide, was very 'simpatico!' We very much enjoyed having the apartment as out base in Rome.

the apartment is exactly as it appears in the photos. It is clean, appointed beautifully. But we could not stay due to the reasons I will explain below
I was not prepared for the difficulty in obtaining entry for several reasons. First, due to my physical limitations the sharp angle of the hill approaching the building meant a steep climb to get to a street where you might find a taxi. The building itself had a very steep staircase of at least 12-15 steps going up just to gain entry to the front door. This was definitely an issue carrying heavy suitcases.
