Our group of 5 had a fantastic stay. Francesca was an amazing host who did all she could to help us with our stay in Rome, was always available to answer any questions. The property was spacious and clean with a great outdoor space too! Location fantastic too. Thank you!

Minutes away from the Vatican, restaurants, and the bus which can get you to lots of locations. The bus is a good way to get around and see things from above. The apt has three bathrooms, 2 bedrooms - nice for two couples traveling together. We didn’t use the courtyard too much because of mosquitoes. The kitchen is basic.

We stayed here for 3 nights and the location and amenities were great. We were met by Francesca and her partner who were very patient with our late arrival due to luggage and having to complete paperwork at the airport. They showed us around the apartment, provided recommendations, tips and were just the most kind people. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others!

Love the apartment-nothing was left out in fact she provided more than I expected! Coffee, toast, jam and more! Very clean and it’s pictures where exactly as shown! They were both friendly and walked us through the apartment explaining everything.

Excellent property. Great location - the last 100m up the hill is hard but the apartment is worth it! Excellent communication throughout from Francesca. Would highly recommend.

What a lovely time we had in Rome in Francesca's flat! She is an incredibly friendly and helpful hostess. The flat was clean and very nice to stay in, especially thanks to the large terrace. The flat is also located in a pleasant neighbourhood, perfect for exploring (on foot or by bus) the different areas of the city. This place to stay is definitely recommended!

The home was perfect, and the host, Francesca was amazing and very accommodating. She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

We loved the location, amenities and beautiful and spacious patio space. It's a close walk to transit (both bus and subway), the Vatican as well as shopping and restaurants. The space is quiet and easy to access. Having this location really helped make our time in Rome special and we would highly recommend to anyone. Francesca was always helpful and made sure any questions we had were addressed as well as providing support to arrange transportation. Delightful and stocked with many accessories for younger children. We would stay here again.

Francesca was the most amazing host! She welcomed us and made arrival and check in the easiest process, starting with a car service from the airport and constant communication and availability for questions. We arrived at the property and she was waiting to help with getting settled and had recommendations for food and entertainment, as well as everything we could need for our stay with a child with us! The property was beautiful and such a great location, close to shops and restaurants and easily accessible to get around the city. I would recommend this to anyone traveling with children and looking for the perfect place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment in Rome. It is located very close to the Vatican, about a ten minute walk. If you are planning to walk and use public transportation, there is a bit of a hill to get to the apartment. The outdoor patio area was very spacious.

The host was very kind and quick in replying my messages. She kindly arranged a taxi from airport to the house for us and let us leaving our luggage in the house before check-in time. She provided many helpful information about the house and neighborhood. The house is located in a great location a few minutes walk to Vatican and many shops restaurants around The house was very beautiful with many amenities, much more than your expectations. She provides us a great welcoming package. The back yard of the house is perhaps the highlight of the house, very beautiful and peaceful

This is a perfect place to stay for a visit to Rome. It was clean, bright and equipped with everything you could need. The patio garden is ideal for relaxing after a busy day sight seeing. Set on a quiet road made you could forget you were in a busy city. A bus route running close to attractions is close by but we walked as the major attractions were within half hour stroll and it was a lovely way to take in the city. Francesca is a wonderful host. She met us as our car pulled up with the shelter of umbrellas as it was raining. She advised on routes and restaurants, and kindly booked car to and from the airport for us. We would highly recommend this as a place to stay for adults, families, anyone really needing nice accommodation in Rome. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is as described and very well equipped, the terrace is great (although it was still too cold for us to use it properly). We were 5 (2 adults, 3 kids (13, 10 and 7 yrs)). The location is great for exploring the city. It is super close to the Vatican. Even closer is the bus stop to drive to the city (line 64 - you can also walk to the city but with the kids we preferred the bus ;)). The communication with Francesca was great. She gave immediate feedback after the booking and then we were in close alignment approx. 1 week prior to our arrival. She was super helpful and supportive (e.g. booked the transfer from and to the airport for us). Thank you, Francesca! We enjoyed our week in Rome very much!

This apartment was perfect for our stay in Roma. Highly recommend and will stay again. Plenty of space for 2 couples. Close to many shops, restaurants and Vatican. Owner was great. Communicating the entire stay, before and after. Lots of amenities to make our stay comfortable. Complex quiet and away from busy streets.

Great apartment well located at 5 min walk from Piazza San Pietro (Vatican). Rooms are spacious and have a bathroom each. Francesca is very nice and helpful for anything we need.

This was a lovely apartment with excellent space and all the comforts one could ask for. The courtyard is such a perfect place to rest and regroup after a long day of sightseeing. We would stay here again if we return to Rome!

We loved the property! Very clean and so close to good restaurants and the Vatican. The garden was a plus too. We enjoyed sitting out there having a glass of wine and pizza after a long day of walking the city! Thank you Francesca for arranging our airport transfer too!!!!!

In the heart of Rome this flat is like a quiet oasis, perfect to relax in the garden, get new energy and than start the next tour. The apartment is huge and very, very comfortable! Francesca is a wonderful host, friendly, absolutely reliable and with a wonderful sense of humor. Everything is cared for: Restaurants, supermarkets, bus lines, important phone numbers are on a black board in the hall. Whenever we will go to Rome again, we will stay with Francesca!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Alles war sehr sauber und liebevoll auf unseren Besuch vorbereitet.
