We liked the key system. We did not need to worry about the keys because there was only a code to be needed, to entry the rooms and the kitchen. We also liked the kitchens cleaningness. The staff were helpful and always smiling when we interacted with them.
There was nothing we did not like. As I said, the sunny house was an amazong experience.

The property was in a good location not far from the centre.
Very clean with good use of the kitchen and bathroom.
Unfortunately the mattress was not comfortable, and definitely needs a new one too much wear and tear. Also no bedroom mirror which would have been a plus, but the room was spacious and was very clean.

It was very clean, easy access and in a good location.
The bed in room 202 is extremely squeaky. I invite the owner to sit on it and then lay on it and roll over. It woke me up every time I moved. The room was also very dimly lit. It could use more lighting. And hopefully the owner is planning on dealing with the garbage dump that was my view. The yard is atrocious with crap piled up everywhere. It would be a nice place for people to sit outside if it was cleaned up.

Clean, good wifi, hot showers, sufficient number of bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, spacious common space
Location wasn’t close to the beach, it’s about an half hour walk to the closest one. Rooms were on the smaller side. No luggage storage prior to check-in or post checkout. If you get here early, they will not let you in to leave your bags and your check-in code will not activate until 3 PM. Very frustrating because you end up wasting time waiting around when you could be out exploring or hitting the beach. The inability to accommodate luggage storage significantly lowered our rating for this accommodation. We would not stay here again.
