The location was wonderful. So close to the Spanish Steps. And 15 mins to everywhere . The apartment was big enough and comfortable for three of us. Modern bathrooms and comfortable beds. Also like the roof top terrace.
I wasn’t quite prepared for the stairs (60 to our room!) but the young man on reception helped us with luggage on the way up!

The location of this property was amazing, it was a beautiful street with high end designer shops and it felt so clean and well maintained. There are A LOT of stairs to get up to our room and would definitely not suit anyone with mobility issues as there was no lift. The room had everything it needed and the air con was LOVELY having come from Paris where we had none. For a three star hotel I would say it exceeded expectations.

Hard to beat the location. Near metro station, tourist attractions and shopping.
We had a large group (5 separate reservations) planning to stay with this property. Two of them were initially cancelled because of an issue with credit card processing. One party was able to address the issue but the other reservation was cancelled on short notice before resolving. That family had to find last minute accommodations. This seems to be a common issue with this property based on reviews from others.
Overall, I wouldn’t book this place again. Anecdotally, a 40% cancellation rate and the stress that would come with that situation isn’t worth the hassle. Better communication- a phone call or text message might have helped resolve the issue without the need to cancel
