For us this was excellent - we were a group of 8 looking for somewhere central for a short stay. The location was perfect - right in the middle of the central tourist area with everything we needed on our doorstep. It was indeed noisy but we could manage with this for a few nights and I quite enjoyed waking up to the buzz of the area and looking out of the window to watch the world go by. However if we had been staying longer then sleep disturbance might have been a problem. The kitchen is really just a kitchenette, not suitable for cooking meals for a big group (it has no oven). However with the number of restaurants and cafes and ice cream shops around, I can't really see why anyone would want to cook. Likewise the apartment has only a small living room area. However as a very good value alternative to four double hotel rooms, it was great. It was also very handy to have a washing machine and private courtyard in which to dry things.
There were a few things about the apartment that could have done with a little bit of fixing e.g. the bathroom taps were loose and the toaster didn't work when we arrived (but the host got us a new one the next day).

Die Größe der Wohnung und die zentrale Lage der Wohnung
Die Wasserhähne waren sehr locker, Unrat war an manchen Stellen versteckt.

Location was fantastic. Surrounded by great restaurants and shopping. Supermarket close by which was good. Was cost effective for our large group of 9 and we enjoyed the apartment living experience of Rome.
Had a washing machine which was very handy.
Host was very helpful.
There are 2 flights of stairs that you will need to carry luggage up, this is common with apartment style accomodation, but need to be aware and able to do that.
