Price, location, just perfect. Close to restaurants, shopping. Very short walk to metro and you can reach many places. People at reception were polite. I had a single room and it had enough place for me. I didn't need wifi or tv so don't know anything about those. Bathroom was clean and comfortable.
Same thing as nearly every accomodation in Italia. I need ear plugs. But I think that's my problem, most of people don't have mykind of problem.
