Súper bonito. El personal súper amable. La ubicación la mejor que se puede pedir. En pleno centro gourmet y a 5 min de fontana, plaza , phanteom… La habitación doble superior muy acogedora, volver después de un día intenso se agradece estar súper cómodo y relajado.

No tengo nada malo. Lo único que que Tienes que irte a desayunar más lejos de esa zona porque es carísima la pastelería de enfrente. Menos mal que te dan mini desayuno de bienvenida en habitación .

Si me encantó la remodelación . Estuve varias veces pero con la pandemia tuve que anular la reserva y todo el viaje . Después de tres años vuelvo y Lo veo muy confortable y decorado con muy buen gusto

لايوجد مفاتيح لابواب الحمام وغرف النوم عند طلب تاكسي لنقلي لمحطة القطار طلبوا مني 80 يورو وعند اخد تاكسي من الموقع اخد مني 22 يورو

i loved the staff, the location , the cleaniness . overall , it was a pleasant stay for us . they even gave us a room with a terrace and a mini outdoor garden for free, that was a great gesture, thanks guys .

there was a minor issue with the cleaning staff but i informed the reception and they fixed the issue, their airport taxi is not that good, take an uber much better, he is a reckless driver and took too much detours different from google maps. .

Posizione della struttura ottima, in pieno centro e collegata benissimo. E' stato molto semplice spostarci sia a piedi sia con i mezzi. Colazione molto buona e staff molto gentile e disponibile. Letto molto comodo, camera ben illuminata. Altra nota positiva il bagno con finestra.

Camera effettivamente un poco piccola per due persone, siamo stati bene ma un poco di spazio in più sarebbe stato gradito, anche perché non c'era possibilità di appendere capi lunghi nell'armadio vista la presenza del frigobar all'interno. Altra pecca l'acqua della doccia lenta a riscaldare, doveva essere aperta un bel poco prima.

Location, nice spacious room as we got a Junior Suite. Great breakfast and very friendly staff. Around the corner from the Spanish Steps in the middle of the heart of Rome. In between all the fashion stores. Great restaurants around.

Our AC wasn’t working so it was kind of hot. Everything else was great.

Good location

This was our second and last stay in the hotel. We were stolen money from our hotel room. My sister kept cash in her personal handbag and left it inside the hotel room during the day. In the evening, she realised that her cash was missing from the handbag as the cleaner went through our belongings and took the cash. When we advised the hotel staff they told us to send an email and we did. Two days later we were contacted and informed that given we did not file a local police report they will not give us the €250 stolen back. We were never informed that we had to do this by the staff. Definitely not worth the value for money. Lack of communication and disrespect. NEVER AGAIN.

Vinal carpet, bad wifi, room was a separate building away from main hotel, limited hot water, pubic hair on bathroom floor. There is no way this is a 4 star hotel.

Honestly nothing bad to say … it was a lovely clean hotel and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Rome especially if it is their first time as the location is fantastic.

Rooms are way too small and smelled like cigarette smoke. Could barely walk around the bed without hitting TV on the wall. No room on floor to open a hard suitcase.

Good location near the spanish steps and metro stop. Great shopping options and plenty of restaurants to choose from, although many if not most are "tourist" restaurants with waiters trying to usher you to a table as you walk by. Room was a decent size, air conditioning was fine, drinks / water / coffee available in room and good sized bathroom.

The bed was very hard / flat and not comfortable. The shower was oriented in a way that made it difficult to get in and out of and not bump into the shower valve or doors.
