julian was very nice and so was the cleaning lady when we checked out.

What great place to stay in Rome. A fantastic location near the Spanish steps. Very central and easy to get to all the major sites and a metro station at Spagna close by. Also so many restaurants and bars all round. Very buzzy area. The rooms were a good size and there is a lovely communal sitting room. The highlight has to be the cakes, made fresh every day. So nice to come back to with a cup of tea after a day out. We had a piece of cake with coffee for breakfast as well! There are tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Proper coffee not nescafe.

The only criticism were the paper and plastic cups for tea and coffee. They were very small and flimsy and not at all eco friendly. It can't be that difficult to provide china cups and wash them up every day. This would be the one reason I might not come back as I feel very strongly about the unnecessary use of plastic or even throw away paper cups.

Superb locations and nice B&B with all the basics available (coffee, fridge, vanity kits, home-made cakes). Located in a busy street, you don’t hear a thing in a the room. Staff was really nice!

Not a conventional hotel, apartment style so no bar or restaurant but there is a bar restaurant opposite and 3 more within 50 metres. More in the style of a suite. We were very lucky to stumble across this place. Looking for room 1/2 hour before check out at airport hotel, so not a lot of time to browse! In the historic centre, 5 minutes walk to La Spagna. Absolutely perfect for us, spacious enough to spend time in room. Every time we got back we were pleased afresh. This review is just for this one room, I think there are only 2or 3 others in same building. Free cake provided in communal area! Only criticism- we had to ask for glasses and cups and saucers instead of paper cups but I told the guy to sort that for the future! Overall-STAY HERE IF YOU CAN GET IT PS Wepaid €240 for 3 nights
