Excellent location. Excellent host. Magnificent views of the Piazza di Spagna and the Scalinata di Trinità dei Monti from the terrace. The room is very comfortable and exquisitely furnished, with great attention to every detail. An epitome of quiet luxury. Having breakfast on the terrace while enjoying the views is a wonderful and unique experience. I would definitely stay there again.
The stairs leading to the room are not well-suited for guests with limited mobility,

Location is excellent . Very close to Piazza Novona and also Trevi Fountain. In the high-end shopping district.
It was difficult for our driver to find bc there is no signage. There was a musty smell on the smaller couch under the AC vent ..... maybe due to condensation dripping?

We had the rooftop suite, and the views were spectacular. The sounds of gulls roosting at night were charming. Breakfast in sight of domes and Spanish Steps was incomparable. The staff were so kind. The location was so easy.

Everything! Beautiful terrace room, clean clean clean! Staff was amazing…so many small details; fresh roses, snacks on arrival! Delicious continental breakfast served with linen napkins, silver serving platters etc. Location is ideal! 5 stars in our book! We would never stay anywhere else.
