Our room was spacious and the location was perfect!
Breakfast buffet was a little small and not a lot to choose from.

Location was excellent and as a solo traveller meant alot to be close to major attractions, transport and food options.
One flight of stairs which were unexpected despite my room being on level four and the elevator arriving at level 4. Minor criticism though.

Staff at concierge only Antonella was helpfull. The other two were indiferent and not at all helpful. Breakfast poor with staff very good especially the black woman. Location was thw better point . The room was old ,wall cracvked, matress owful soft and old not supporting the body; at the edge you could fall off the bed. Air conditioning not able to regulate to preferance. Bathroom poor.
