Limpeza do quarto, iluminação, havia um ferro de passar roupa no quarto, ducha boa
E elevador não parava no andar do hotel. Entretanto os atendentes carregavam as malas para a gente

Katherina fue muy cordial, nos esperó al entrar y ayudó con las valijas, siempre estuvo a nuestra dispocion … lamento no pude darle propina porq justo no tenía cash
Pero se lo merecía!!! Ojalá pueda volver…
Había otros dos chicos también muy cordiales pero no recuerdo sus nombres .
La ubicación es realmente fantástica cerca de todo caminando .
Lo único la caña adicional era un poco incómoda para hija de 16 años , quizás es para un niño pequeño

The property was placed in a great area. Near a lot of stores and shopping. Also, near a lot of the main attractions. The room was cute and remained clean.
The room was too small. The shower was so small that I needed to keep the door open in order to properly cleanse myself. There not being a 24 hour receptionist is awful, especially considering the fact the hotel is a bit difficult to enter after hours. You must use three keys and get through multiple doors and a gate. On my last night I was unable to get out of the door and almost missed my flight. As someone who has never been to Rome, this was scary and traumatizing.
