Fantastic location, large space! We were only there for a very short period of time as we had 1 day to explore Rome at the end of our trip. This location was exactly what we were looking for!

The property was in a brilliant location, you could not fault the location at all. Situated a VERY short walk to the Spanish steps, 10 minutes to the pantheon it really was fabulous. It was very secure with numerous codes for doors for the property which was nice as with it not being a ‘hotel’ with no one on a desk 24/7 it was lovely to know it was all safe and secure.
The room itself was perfect for what we needed. Clean and spacious and great working aircon! There was a mini fridge with water and shampoo & shower gels if needed. The bed was very comfortable. Overall a great stay and I would definitely return on my next visit.
The shower wasn’t as powerful as I’d have hoped but overall did the job. We could hear every movement from the room next door which at times we would wake thinking someone was in our room, i think thats when the ear pods came in handy!

Great room in the best location! very nice bed and the air conditioning works great! The woman was very nice and greeted us when we arrived and gave us all the information we needed.
The only thing i would mention is that the mini fridge (in room nr 3 at least) smells really bad and does not keep your drinks cold (but in our case it didn’t matter)

Location was good, near the Spanish steps
Didn’t look at all like the photos, - coffee machine was in the common area for all to use. No secure place to leave luggage.
