Great location. Very quiet room in a busy area. Room simply but very tastefully decorated. I would only rate this hotel good and not more it it lacks warmth. Not the room, the suite-hotel. And it would be easy, very easy for the management / owners to do much better. Flowers, some fruit, cookies in the coffee area. There is a nice area dedicated for coffee, food, etc. It would be easy to do more than have a simply coffee machine which by the way did not work (and staff did nothing about it) for milk-based drinks during our stay. Staff is just not attentive. So, nice hotel-suite but cold "no personality" overall place.

The desk workers Stephanie and Ann were lovely and helpful and so were the guys that workerd there, sorry for forgetting their names.
Also the room was very spacious, with natural light. The whole room felt pretty new and not run down.
Location is great right next to via del corso and walking distance from any important site.
Also air conditioning was superb which was is so important in Rome!!!
There isn't really a lobby - it felt like an apartment building with hotel rooms rather than actual hotel. There were 2 flights of stairs leading to small and inconvenient lift. Also reception was closed from 3pm so like I said - It didn't feel like actual hotel.
