The property was a hidden gem! Such a beautiful interior. We stayed in the Beatrice suite and the decor was splendid - a mix of 16th century splendour with modern. The staff were always smiling and ready to help and we enjoyed the complimentary drinks in the early evening where we could meet and chat with some of the other guests. The location couldn’t be faulted- you step outside and The Spanish Steps can be seen just at the end of the street! We will definitely be returning - it is our favourite hotel in Rome!

Large room….very nice sitting room with lots of books about Rome. The lovely addition of an aperitif in the evening where you can meet other guests (or not)!
Adorable front desk girl….so friendly and helpful and always with a huge smile.

I love everything! Hands down! The best place to stay! You literally feel like home, but very beautiful and luxurious palazzo home from 15th century. The atmosphere, the interior, the location, the stuff-everything just great. Also, it is in a very big street but because it has an inner yard, it is very VERY quiet. I will get back for sure. We were staying in a suite.
The only thing-it’s the light in a bathroom that goes off with the motion. And it’s just on and off by itself all the time. You can close the door and it won’t bother, but advice for the owner-I would change that.

room was clean and comfortable, shower had great pressure and never ran out of hot water
Very hard to find since no lighted or otherwise prominent sign exists on the outside of the building. Outside of the building is run-down (not well-maintained).
Staff is not on site 24/7 to assist with any needs.
Stayed in the room with a loft bedroom. The end nob on the handrail on the stairs is broken, which is a safety concern.
Evening drinks and snacks were disappointing - had to make your own drink from very limited options, and the snack portions were extremely limited.
Not sure you can call this establishment a hotel. But they do not have the reputation such that they were unable to secure dinner reservations at upscale restaurants, which was very disappointing.
Noticed a bad odor that would come and go in the bathroom. Not sure what kind of plumbing problem is causing it.
No on-site breakfast service option.
